The Deadlift from the floor is going well.  My back feels great and I think my hips are getting a little more mobile.  I noticed today demonstrating Spidermans to the hoop team.  The left leg moved much better.

Very solid day.  The main deadlift work took 26:41.  I had a good pace going.  I'm happy with my training right now.
