Very good start to my training week. Slight tweaks to the plan.
- SSB Box Squat: 255x11 (not sure this is a PR, but it was a PR on Monday)
- Push-ups: 5x10/5x5 paused at top and bottom paired with Band Pushdowns: 5x15
- Pull-ups: 10x5
- Neck: 50 reps
- Prowler Push: 1/4 mile
I had to stop 5 times pushing the sled around the track (actually, on the turf just inside the track).
I really didn't enjoy this, but I think it's something I need to continue so I can actually get in shape.
