I screwed around after and did some neck, biceps and traps.

Horribly embarrassed with my Press, but I'm plugging along.  Of all the lifts, it's the hardest one to perform without holding my breath.  Couple that with just being weak and it's very humbling.  All I can do is just keep putting in the work and whatever happens, happens.  My other lifts feel pretty good.  This will come along at some point.

I'm in that weird spot at the end of football season.  I'm burned out.  Therefore, my training mood is affected.  I'm not just going through the motions, but I'm not terribly focused, either.  The travel and lack of consistent sleep patterns is definitely affecting me.  I'm actually eating pretty well and I'm up to 270 from 262 about 2 weeks ago.  It's not enough.  This is normal for me at this point in the season.  Three more weeks and I get Thanksgiving break.  Then, I have two weeks until the semester is over.  So, that gives me two more three week training cycles before Christmas break and a NOV meet with Wendler (Vincent's schedule isn't cooperating this winter).  Not sure what I'll test at Wendler's but I'm cross that bridge when I get to it.

Two, three week training cycles - I can get some good work done.
