Friday and Saturday I did 20 minutes on the bike.  My body or mind just wasn't having a bodyweight circuit.

  • FBB Press: 100x5/120x5/3x5@140
  • SSB Box Squat FSL: 5x5@225
  • T-Bar Row: 5x10
  • Dips: 5x10
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • Farmer's Walk 5x40 yards

Really good workout.  Took about 45 minutes and I wasn't rushing.  Despite my lackluster training over the last month my conditioning level is pretty good.

I'm settling into football season well.  I'm pretty motivated to train.  Looking forward to it.
