After Homecoming and a long plane flight I was not feeling good.

  • SSB Box Squat: 205/225/245/265x3/285x7
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • BB Shrugs: 5x10
  • Push-ups: 5x10

Had a rough time getting moving, but I actually felt better than I thought I would.  Thursday plane flight, up for 22 hours, Friday walking and drinking all day, Saturday walking, drinking and a football game, Sunday flight home...  Not a recommended approach when hoping for a great lift.  But, I survived.  More, clear evidence that I am a genetic freak.  Makes sense, right?
