Felt really good today. I'm feeling rejuvenated in the weight room.
Just a couple of questions for you since my training, age, etc. is similar to yours...do the dips bother your shoulder? Seems like when I add weight to the dips it agitates mine a little. Also, what kind of motions do you recommend with the neck harness? Thanks.
