- FBB Press: 65/85/95/105/115/125x5 (had a little leg drive with the last 2 sets)
- KB Row: 10x10
- FBB FSL: 5x10@65
- DB Curls: 5x10
- Neck Harness: 50
I need to readjust my Press numbers. I want to get back to no leg drive with this. So, I'll step back and start the process over.
