Monday Training: Week 3/Day 1 and Day 2


  • FBB Bench: 115x5/10x5/145x11 PR!
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • FSL: 5x5@115
  • DB Row: 4x10, 85lbsx22 PR!
  • Neck/Traps/Curls

Today went well.  My body is feeling good.  My hips, back and feet are getting used to pushing the sled.  The first week was tough on the lower body because I'm just not used to it.


  • SSB Box Squat: 235x3/265x3/295x11 PR!
  • KB Row/Pull-ups: 5x10/5x5 (sets done every minute)
  • Push-ups/Band Pushdowns: 5x10/5x10

I was a little tight from pushing the sled on Tuesday, but once I started moving everything loosened up well.

I got lazy with the Squat.  I caught myself holding my breath on my last rep so I ended it.  When I stay more focused on my breathing I tend to not hold my breath.  That added pressure is what might kill me so I tend to shut it down when I catch myself doing that.
