Two really good days this week.

Monday: Squat

  • SSB Box Squat: 255x10
  • Pull-ups: 5x3
  • FBB Incline: 65x10/65x10/75x10/85x10/75x10 (a bit of pain with 85)
  • Hammer Row/Hammer Hi Row: 3x15/2x15

I felt so good after that I didn't do anything else because I didn't want to ruin it.

Wednesday: Press

  • FBB Press: 65x5/75x5/85x5/95x5/95x5
  • FBB Bench (wide-grip): 65x10/75x10/85x10/95x10/95x10
  • KB Squat: 5x10 w/70
  • KB Row: 5x10 w/70
  • FBB Curls: 50 reps
  • External Rotations: 50 each

I decided to do the pressing on it's own today.  I wanted to just focus on that and be very deliberate with all of my reps.

I still have pain, but it's getting better.  And, I was actually sore in my triceps and pecs when I woke up Tuesday.  I also felt "the burn" in both workouts.  I'm guessing the nerve is waking back up.  I'm not a doctor, but this is what I'm going with.  Science.
