Had a meeting that I was reminded about earlier in the day and still forgot about.  I "forgot" because I didn't want to go.  But, someone called to remind me again, so I had to cut the workout short.

I'll probably do my BBB, traps and guns tomorrow before the football game.

I feel like I've settled into a new groove with training.  It seems this will be what things look like for a while.

Been really busy with work.  Getting a new GA (2 months) up to speed and another new intern (4 days) introduced to things.  It's going to be better with 3 assistants, but right now getting them to understand how I want things done is a challenge.

For those of you who are worried, I'll pull through.
