I got in on Thursday and Saturday.  Two very simple workouts.  I feel like I'm getting back into a good routine and I'm looking forward to training, again.

Thursday: Deadlift

  • Trap Bar: 205x5/225x5/245x5, FSL: 5x5@205
  • Dips: 5x10
  • DB Row: 5x10 w/75

Saturday: Bench

  • FBB Bench: 185x5/205x5/225x5, FSL: 5x10@185
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • Trap Bar RDL: 5x0

I rode the bike for 30 minutes on Wednesday and Friday.  Solid week of training.
