Friday

  • FBB Press: 95/105/115/125/135x5, FSL: 5x5@95, 95x50 Rest/Pause style
  • DB RDL: 5x10 w/70's
  • DB Row: 5x10 w/75
  • Stadium Stairs w/25lb vest: 5 trips (34 steps per trip)

This weekend I'll probably just do some conditioning work.  Monday I'll start the week with a lift.  This may change, but right now, it seems like a good idea.

The stadium stairs felt pretty good.  i walked them about 8-10 weeks ago with the vest and thought I was going to die.  Today wasn't bad at all.  My signs that I've recovered (or I'm damn close) from surgery.  Progress.
