Not much to this one.  Just Jim and I.  Vincent had previous plans and was unavoidably detained.  Jim and I kept it very simple.  He wanted to bench and I wanted to deadlift and that's what happened.

It was an absolute joke.  I took my first pause at 15 reps.  I had 20-25 in me, but I was so happy I hit my goal that I shut it down.

I did 100 reps of KB Rows during and after my deadlift work.  I also did some shoulder stuff that felt really good.  Then, like the training genius I am, I did 3 reps of pressing with a shot and aggravated my shoulder that was feeling great.

Had a wisdom tooth pulled today so a walk is on my agenda.  I'll get back in the weight room tomorrow.
