I competed in NPC Junior Nationals on June 12-13. I came in with a much bigger and leaner package than years past. Since July we have slowly transitioned from a bodybuilding split to more of a powerlifting/strength focus, while still hitting lots of volume to build mass. Scott Paltos has been doing my programming since March. We've added quite a bit of muscle and are continuing to work some technical things with my raw lifts. 

For once, it's a lower volume leg day.  Haha.  Only because of the stomach bug that floated around earlier this week.  I'm feeling tons better, but just taking it slow coming back.  Need to get food intake back up as well.

Since I celebrated an early Christmas with my siblings and parents, my Christmas will be pretty low key.  The kids spent Christmas Eve evening and most of Christmas Day with their dad and his family.  I'll be writing a little about my holiday emotions soon, since this year was quite a bit different on a lot of levels.

Squat day was decent. Hip was pinchy, but felt ok once warmed up felt decent.  Going to get some ART work done this weekend.
