I competed in NPC Junior Nationals on June 12-13. I came in with a much bigger and leaner package than years past. Since July we have slowly transitioned from a bodybuilding split to more of a powerlifting/strength focus, while still hitting lots of volume to build mass. Scott Paltos has been doing my programming since March. We've added quite a bit of muscle and are continuing to work some technical things with my raw lifts.

Went a hair wider stance on my squats today. Scott said to play around with my feet to see what felt ok on my hip.  Still a little sticky some days, but slowly getting there.

Sorting out some more stuff on the personal end of things.  Still seems like a bit of a roller coaster. Some days you think it's going one direction, then things completely flip.  Good news is I've been able to train some clients at the gym where I train.

Mini diet is in full swing.  Been pretty consistent with it, yet still staying  a little flexible on choices.  I have to or I'll lose my appetite fast. Gonna finish out the week hard before a holiday weekend with my siblings.
