I normally don't promote the fact that I offer online programming for multiple reasons. One, it’s oversaturated with unqualified "Instafamous" lifters who have little to no experience other than having a meet or two under their belts. Secondly, because I put a lot of time and effort into the training on my day off so I don’t want more than a handful of clients. Lastly, lifters don’t seem to stick to training programs long enough to see results so I don’t want to have to deal with unwarranted bitching if they don’t give the program enough time to work.

Either way, here’s some positive feedback from my online client, Juan, who made some impressive gains but needed to take a break due to some financial issues:

“Great and versatile program with a very efficient and effective approach to strength training. In my 8 months or so of being on this program I've added over 250lbs to my total. Unlike many other programs I felt that this one had a decent amount of variety and kept things interesting and fun week to week while taking a very practical approach to programming through increasing percentages and range of motion.
