Things are feeling really good with training now, finding a good spot between conditioning, hiking, and lifting. All things are progressing and my body doesn't feel like complete trash. Training has been going well with weekly progressions, granted I am starting from a poor position but it is nice to see things back on track. When things don't go your way in training it can be very discouraging but I find it more of a problem-solving issue. Meaning I created the problem no I need to figure out what is going on and I solve it, this keeps me more process-oriented and the reason I love training and coaching myself.
