Worked up to 585x3x3 conventional with straps. I have blown out alot of things but saturday was new. Blew it out under both eyes like I got punched. Super strange but all 3 585 sets were mean ginders so not alltogether surprised.
FInished with 2x20 reverse hypers
Monday am upper
This was more of a press day as last upper was more back. Tsunami bar with plate and half for 10x10.
Then reduced the weight and did 10 reps from inside grip to outside grip 8 sets total x whatever I got per setx two rounds
Tsunami bar curls with pause JMish press with pause pushing the bar against the rack. 5x10 each
