Sunday 45 mins sled. Haven't done it in awhile so it was hard and slow  with lots of back and forwards to hang on.

Reverse hypers 3x10

Box squat with briefs. Used cambered bar with chains. Worked up to 515with 9 chains per sidex2. Was looking for 10 to 13 chains but work and training at the same time did not go the way I wanted it too. Another week next week to make it up and add a few more is the plan.
