  • SSB Box Squat: 270x5
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • FBB Incline: 90/100/110x5
  • Hammer Row: 5x10
  • FSL: 5x5@90
  • Neck: 3x15
  • DB Shrugs: 2x25
  • DB Curls: 3x10

Hot and humid today and the AC in the weight room was struggling with it (this is normal).  But, I seat like a MF'er and I feel great, so I've got that going for me.  Which is nice.
