Workout 6

  • FBB Bench: 2x5@135/2x5@145/155x3 (stamina and lockout still suck)
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • Bench (Squat Bar): 5x10@105
  • Weighted Pull-ups: 5x3/3/2/2/2 w/25lbs

Note: I've been doing some little stuff after I finish the main work - neck, traps, biceps... nonsense like this.  Don't be fooled, in no way, shape or form could this extra stuff be considered work.  I'm just going through the motions.  I have to look good on the sidelines in about 35 days, so I have to keep the neck and traps up to par.
