I've been on a roll lately. Mostly a roll of "This hurts" followed by "That Hurts" then trailed by "Why the heck does that hurt?" so with The Sun parking itself directly over Cyprus for a few months I decided to take this opportunity to simply be static! Most events have left my joints just feeling "dry" if that makes sense. Even with sweat pouring off of me I just never feel warmed up and every muscle feels tight and quite often I have random muscles cramping for no reason while I'm sitting, standing, or walking. One of my traning partners noticed the other day that my right calf was cramping while I was sitting down between sets. I hadn't noticed but it was jumping like crazy.

So I'm not going to walk and I'm not going to do 7 Events per session.

I am, however, going to do cool stuff which means I will stand in one spot AND GO HEAVY!

A few weeks ago everyone was dong runs on The Super Yoke and as they kept going I just announced "When you guys are done I'm going to do really heavy pick ups, something well over 1,000 lbs..." and so it then began!

Cue the heavy music, I piked up over 1K, Chris added 2.5 lbs per side and did it, then Ilya added another plate per side to put it well over 1,100 lbs!

And it was fun!
