School has started and time flies when that happens, it's all about getting the routine in place s fast as possible and settling down into a groove. Stress will be a little higher but I love school so it's not as bad as some may think. One of the things I constantly think about is the perception of stress, because of my time overseas my perception of stress nowadays is so minimal that it is hard for me to realize how much I have going on and how it affects me. I perceive things that most would say are super stressful as no big deal but does my body respond that way or is there a disconnect between my mind and my body. I do my best to listen to my body and I feel like I can handle a lot because of my ability to stay calm and relaxed but I also use devices to track my recovery so I have a holistic approach to it and so far things have been going well by doing this. It'll be fun to track it as I get ready for back to back meets.
