Sitting 15 Days out.

1) Snatch and Clean and Jerk both make my Powerlifting and Strongman lifts go down.
2) The lifts are also very good for my body movement wise. Physically just moving and stretching.
3) The benefit between me using a super safe 50 kg and pushing some reps with a still easy 70 kg is nothing

So the plan was just go through some movements and break a sweat.

Snatch:
a lot of warm ups
60 kg x 2 x 5 sets

Cleans From Low Blocks:
a lot of warm ups
60 kg x 2 x 5 sets

Clean Pulls From Blocks
120 kg x 10

Front Squats
115/254 + 25/55 chains x 2 x 5 sets

And back home for as much food as humanly possible.
