It has become a Tuesday Routine now. Actually I got tired of showing up to the gym on Wednesday and being sore and stiff and not productive in the gym...so I knew I needed to do something on Tuesdays. The issue is that I only have 90 minutes to leave my house, get to the gym, unpack, train, and get back home on Tuesdays so I have to be prepared and productive.

So...carries it is.

I start with 10 rounds of one carry every 90 seconds on the 90 seconds.
I finished with 5 rounds of one carry every minute on the minute.

200 lb sand bag
265 lb sand bag
265 lb Husafell stone
75 lb stone
80 lb stone
175 lb scoop
150 lb natural stone
440 lb frame
100 lb natural stone
And I wore a weighted vest

The idea is that I just move, break up the spider webs in my joints, increase my heart rate and work to lower it as quickly as possible...in this crazy heat!
