Just would like to say happy holidays and merry Christmas to everyone. I am very thankful for all the loyal clients and members I have that has my facility growing and striving towards the future. I have some great news coming up soon, just have to wait till the right time to announce. Today I trained one of the most dedicated athletes I have early this morn. He is getting ready for Tulsa nationals in mid January. After that we did a lot of family stuff and relaxed. Great weekend and great day. Looking forward to Tomorow for my groups to come in and for our Powerlifting squad to test out. We will have around 15-20 rolling with one goal=to help each other without being selfish and get better. We have something special going at TTF. All positive people and hard working clients help make my job easy.
