Sunday Training: Squat

I was at Wendler's and decided to Squat sans the box.  Delusions of grandeur...

  • SSB Squat: 155x5/205x3/5x3@245
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • KB Row: 5x10
  • Push-ups: 5x10

I do like Squatting like a real man, but it's probably not the best decision with my hip.  So, I got it out of my system.

Monday Training: Bench

  • FBB Bench: 65/85/105/105x5/105x8
  • KB Squat: 5x10
  • Seated DB Row/Shrug: 5x20
  • Push-ups: 5x10
  • Pushdowns: 5x10
  • DB Curls: 5x10
  • Neck: 30

Trying to get in some volume with my upper body work.  Not being able to train my upper body with any appreciable weight is definitely taking its toll on my muscle mass.
