My goal was to get through Deadlift and Press before taking a day off.  Once I got moving my Deadlift work felt pretty good.

  • Trap Bar: 295x5, BBB: 5x10@225
  • Push-ups: 5x10

I went to the Rec Center on SUnday.  I just didn't feel like going into the weight room for the 17-18 days in a row when I'll be doing that for the next 4 months.
