I trained twice last week, but didn't really write anything down.  I ended a cycle and then with travel to our conference tournament I didn't start my new cycle until this past Sunday.

Sunday Training

  • SSB Box Squat: 255x11
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • FBB Incline: 85x5/95x5/105x5
  • Hammer Row: 5x10
  • FBB FSL: 5x5@85
  • BB Shrugs: 2x25
  • Neck Harness: 3x10

I did some curls and pushdowns.  I didn't count sets or reps.  Just did some work until I was bored.
