I need more legs. I need more box squats. I need to avoid injury!

To me...all these things add up to me needing to squat more often and I need some rep work in my training sessions. Even when I hit my all time best box squat of 957 I had been doing sets of 4, 5, and 8 leading up to that max...so I need to get back to that.

It is important to note that I squat at home, mostly for mobility, 2-4x per week with around 130-150 lbs for several sets of 3-5 reps, and it is paying off with my mobility and my leg growth!

So, rep by rep...I put in the work.
