Orlando Barbell’s Natalie Falbo recently started following the The M2/Minimalist Method while training to compete in her first meet at our upcoming APF Southern States Championship on October 13th
Here’s how her progress is going at around 5 weeks out:
Full Squats
185+80 lbs in chains x2
Bench- 115x2 off a 1 Board
Deadlifts-
295x2 off 2” Mats
Since The M2 Method is based off of reasonable projected maxes it works well for lifters of all levels. It also provides a variety of options for the max effort exercises each week by incorporating limiting range of motion and/or accommodating resistance.
