I have not done these since I had my Garage Gym at my parents house in Kentucky in some 15+ years, then I saw someone doing them online the other day and it came back like one of those memories. One of those memories like having another baby. I mean...you forget how hard it is the first few years so you say "WHY NOT" and you try them again... So I did them again and it was a great reminder as to how freaking tough AND GREAT they can be for you.

Simply grab a Swiss Ball and walk into an empty barbell. Take any grip that you like, you can change it on the next set. Walk back...and the possibility is endless!

Touch your toes every rep, extend up onto your toes into triple extension every rep, wide or narrow or anywhere in between (to help your bench press, deadlift, or Atlas Stones?), or simply do a squat with it! Start with the empty bar and over a few weeks start adding a little bit of weight.

And always get these on video no matter how pedestrian it may seem because if the ball busts you WANT to have THAT on video!
