Saturday is Squat day around here. But as you know I'm rehabbing my hip.  I did most of my physical therapy before I decided to do some light squats.

Safety squat . 3/4 squats just the bar  2x10 reps, 95x8x2sets, 135x8x3sets, leg ext 4x15 with light to moderate weight / Calf raises 3x15 no weight
