Today out Powerlifting squad hit some more high rep squats, deads and other delicious lower body movements.  All are sore as hell loving life.  We will continue this program for most of the lifters and switch up 8 weeks prior to the upcoming IPA meet oct 22nd at the facility.

As far as for myself I lifted yesterday.  I hit incline press, pulldowns, BB shrugs.  All weight was heavier but felt fairly easy.

We got into madison WI last night and worked most of the day today at my old stomping grounds.  The new weight room is sick.  Seeing Ross as the head Strength & Conditioning Coach is awesome proud of him.  Got to talk to the team and watch/spot most of the athletes as they tested.  We work again tomorrow then get some relaxation fun sat and head back sun.
