TODAY our powerlifting squad hit our mobility work then hit squats 5x5 at a high percentage, def deads, glute hams, and backwards sled drags with a high weight. Everyone has been hitting it hard.  Most will be doi our first in house IPA meet.

As far as for my self I hit some cambered bar squats narrow stance ass to grass.  I keep adding weight every session.  Dizziness and shortness of breathe is my biggest issue at this point.  After this is hit some seated leg curls for higher reps.
