Today our Powerlifting Squad hit speed deads against bands. The tension was high and tough. Great to see everyone getting after it. After that they hit pull thurs, safety bar walking lateral lunges, then some plate twists for high reps.
I took the day from lifting off have been feeling ok and don't want to overdo it. Plan on squatting tomorrow. As far as work I have been swamped. Training group after group of 20+ by myself is tough with the Lowe energy levels. I am thankful though that I don't have a job that is labor intensive or I wouldn't be able to work. look forward to the weekend should be relaxing.
