Today our Powerlifitng squad hit some squats full comp set up for triples. They did 2 sets. Afterwards they complimented their session with some rack pulls wearing the zercher harness, leg curls, and some static holds for the back/erectors.
Yesterday is hit some abs heavy, KB low rows, bench press. All felt ok nothing to brag about but getting better slowly every lift. Work has been crazy busy. We just are now getting the upstairs moving with a kids club for wrestling and the indoor bases lol side is starting to fill up with teams for the late fall/winter. The plan with my facility is to have a one stop shoppe sooner than later. We are in talks with a supplement company taking space and are looking for an on site chiropractor and or PT. The 20,000 square foot facility will one day be a force. The outside is also under some consideration for some unique ideas to make it better.
