Todsy our Powerlifitng squad hit our daily mobility work then onto deadlifts, good mornings, rev-hypers, then some abs and conditioning. Very tough training session today. I have early groups tues/thrus morn and get to see the early group getting after it. It is great to see all 4-5 pushing each other and getting better. If they stay working with each other for next couple years they all should be top in their weight classes.
I did some shoulders and back on the FreeMotion Machines yesterday. Was good to mix it up from free weights. I didn't have spots to hand me dumbells so just settled for machines. I came back later in the after noon and did some push ups between my classes.
Look forward to the next few weeks and spending time with the family.
