Today our Powerlifting Squad hit heavy squats with the cambered bar.  We had some go up to mid-500's.  After that rev hypers, bridge series, and abs were performed.  A lot of the crew said they were still little sore from mon.

I got the pleasure of doing my taxes today.  Hopefully trump helps me out some this year as last couple times haven't been great.

I didn't haven time to train instead I was in groups and busy with some other things at the gym.  I plan on lifting Tomorow and focusing on upper body.  Yesterday I hit some box squats, leg presses, and leg curls.  Felt good for the most part.
