Today our squad took it easy for the most part.  They hit some light sled work just for some extra conditioning and to break a sweat.  We had a couple of them test out as they aren't able to make it sat for our mock meet.  Really looking forward to seeing everyone sat and how their progress has came these last 9 weeks.

I have also tested almost all of my athletes aside from some teams which we will test next week.  Couple highlights for me was a soccer goalie from a local college deadlifted 200lbs (when she came to me 2 months ago struggled with 95lbs), a lineman for a private school hit a 500lb deadlift, a receiver for a local college who weighs 195lbs hit a 455squat and a 465 deadlift.  That is just a few of many PR's I saw.  We will get back to a specialized template next week and re test most late July.
