Messed around with econo pulley and lower cable attachment. Used same strap handle. Pec flyes with overhead tricep 6x10 per
Tricep pushdowns heavy 6x10
Put PVC pipe that is used as a roller in the mono safety straps and did pushups of the tube. Used green band around back for more resistance 5x20
Doc is sending me to a retinal specialist for the eye as she saw some inconsistancies she could not account for so gonna hold back on the heavy heavy work till I talk to the specialist next week.
