Wednesday I got in some conditioning as I was a scout team player for men's basketball in practice.  I really have to stop thinking I can play with college kids.  Man, my body felt terrible after two days of playing in practice.

Thursday

  • Trap Bar: 22x5x5/275x5/3x5@315
  • FBB Bench: 5x5@225
  • T-bar: 5x10

Kept it short and sweet.

Saturday

  • SSB Box Squat: 245x5/295x5/335x5/2x5@245
  • Dips w/45lbs: 5x10
  • Pull-ups w/45lbs: 5x5

Sunday I rode the bike for 10 miles (right around 30 minutes) and then did a bodyweight circuit.

  • Push-ups: 5x10
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • KB Swings: 5x10 each arm

I found out some alarming/depressing news on Thursday.  I'm still in the process of figuring out exactly what it means.  What I do know is that training will undoubtedly change drastically in the near future and quite significantly over time.  Once I figure out the plan I will certainly share it.

My stuff will probably turn into a saga like Vincent's OBLF except I won't be taking selfies to document the process.  After all, I'm a grown man and grown men really shouldn't take selfies, EVER.
