Today our Powerlifitng squad hit their mobility work and then headed onto speed deads against bands, heavy KB swings (w/ short rest), plate twists, and high rep leg raises. Was a good workout.
As far as for myself lifting I hit some biceps on the machine, then abs on the crunch machine. I like doing just a tad on my non lifting days as I feel like it takes the stress off my heart and is short and sweet time wise.
