Today our powerlifting squad hit some mobility work and our warm up.  Really focused on getting the team to do more of a warm up to help avoid injuries and have better flexibility.  After this they hit a speed dead against bands with good amount on the bar.  After that they hit some pendulum leg curls, heavy KB swings, twists and leg raises.

I hit a pretty good weighty on the bench yesterday.  Still slowly climbing up.  Today will go back in early and hit a back and bicep movments.  Plan on Tomorow squatting some before the weekend.  Look forward to it.
