Today our Powerlifitng squad hit some heavy squats after our warm up.  The warm up is really paying dividends to a few of my lifters whom never warmed up before.  A few of them had some issues we have been working out.  Mainly imbalances their body have gotten from not doing proper movements pre post.

We had them work up to a PR double comp style set up and commands.  We had a few guys get around 800lbs and our raw guys mid 500/600lbs.  Was great to see the focus ad intensity.  After this we had them hit step ups, heavy kettle bell swings, single leg curls, then high rep leg raises.

As for myself I hit some leg presses and some leg curls.  Again nothing major just some stuff to keep some muscle on.  Frustrating to say the least.  My heart care Dr cut one of my meds dosage in half in hopes it helps with my dizziness.  We will see......
