Warmed up on the Treadmill 2.0MPH 5min then 1min @2.3MPH. Getting better each day with the cardio AKA walking slow.

For the lift I did

LEG EXT 3x10 5plates 1.5min rest between

Leg Curls 3x10 6plates 1.5min rest between

Abduction/aduction 3x10 4plates 1min rest

Finished up with some Abs on the Ab pulldown machine.  3x8.  Decent weight felt it a tad on the sternum.

FOR MY GROUPS.

We ate deloading/Fitness this week.  Still going super light and working on stuff that were the individuals weak area.  Great feeling getting back to what I love.  Still using a microphone to keep distance from everyone.
