Today our Powerlifitng Squad is off in prep for sat meet.  We have a few lifters not competing hoping to test them tomorrow to see where everyone is at.

I was stupid busy yesterday and extremely tired from the meds.  I only managed to get in some rev grip pulldowns.  I can't beat myself up mentally as I am in a tough space now.  I just drank some espresso (first time in 6months) hoping this gives me enough energy (without raising my heart rate too much) to go lift.  It is crazy hearing your every heart beat (due to the mechanical valves).  Plan on just doing an ab machine and some curls then shutting it down.

Tomorow on top of work I have to set up the gym for the meet sat.  I have some help which is great.  After that I head to a 1-1 in a nice area then shut it down till early sat.  Sat we should be there most of the day then cleanup then after then meet I have to go right back to my 1-1.  Can't wait to get off my feet later than day.
