Today our powerlifting squad hit some rack pulls heavy as hell and a lot of lower body accessory movements to compliment the training session. We have some of our team really showing progress following the program. Am getting excited to see their meet oct 22nd here at the facility.
I hit some BB mil presses yesterday along with push ups, rev-grip pull ups and abs. Feeling good slowly able to go heavier but nothing to brag about. Have been very worn down lately due to work and picking up more hrs. Am ready for the weekend to rest relax.
