I traveled with our softball team again this week so I pushed my workout to Thursday.  Apparently, I'm a good luck charm.

  • FBB Bench - wide: 65/85/105/115/125x5
  • DB Squat/DB RDL: 3x10each w/70
  • Single-arm DB Press: 5x10 w/20
  • KB Row: 5x10 w/70
  • Neck: 3x15
  • Pushdowns: 3x20

My shoulder was acting up a bit after benching so I opted for the DB Press.  Felt good and it was a nice change up.

Big home stands this weekend.  Baseball plays 3, softball 4 and football has their spring game.  Saturday will be a busy one.  I'll get my deadlift work in early, before the festivities start.

Spring football game means school is almost over!
