Been busy with the first week of school, but I'm settling in nicely.  I'm updating in-season and pre-season programs for football, basketball and volleyball.  I always do this.  The final proofread always has changes that I want to make.  Paperwork!

I got in a workout Thursday before football practice.  At 3pm the non-travel women's soccer players came in and my assistant who works with them looked at me like I had 3 heads.

I had to pause my warm-up to help some of the freshmen with hang clean technique and squatting.  Once that was done I got my deadlift work in.  Then I warmed up football and came back and finished the bench portion.  Not ideal, but it's fine.  If I was weak minded I would think it mattered, but I'm not.
